Here is a beautiful example of a full scale remodel renovation that covered everything from roof new framing & full finish out with updates.

The Kessler Project consisted of opening up the flow of the kitchen to the dining room space. It involved removing a wall, re-routing gas & electrical lines, and closing off one of the two doors into the office/study. For finish-out we removed all crown molding in the dining room, painted all walls and ceilings and installed a custom hardwood thresh-hold where the existing wall was.

To create a garden shed that matched our clients vision we converted a mother-in-law suite back house into a wine room with adjourning garden shed washroom. To achieve the transformation we removed toilet and shower to create new subfloor and properly insulated the wine room for optimal moisture control.

We replaced all countertops with new quartz and exotic quartzite in the laundry room, and and created a modern backsplash to match and add depth to the kitchen.
